Warranties on Casa Bathroomware products 

Each of the products we sell are covered under a manufacturers warranty. As it is the manufacturer handling the warranty, we will assist our customers in getting into contact with the correct manufacturer should you require a warranty claim. Should you have any questions regarding the conditions of your product’s warranty, please refer to the manufacturer.  

Receive damaged or faulty goods? 

If you notice damage on the goods immediately after receiving them, please tell the delivery driver at the time of delivery. It is vital that you inspect your goods for damage as they arrive at your house.  

If you notice damage to the goods within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, please contact our team on +61 7 3054 5904 or email us at sales@casabathroomware.com.au. Our team will work with you to analyse the damage. Apart from this, we will require images of the damage. We will skype or Facetime you, or have you send images via email.  

If your products are found to be faulty after installation, you should contact the manufacturer. You can find their details on the product warranty cards, or on their website, or by contacting us.  

Returning your products 

If you are unhappy with the goods you receive and wish to return them, please contact our support team on +61 7 3054 5904 or email us at sales@casabathroomware.com.au within 7-days of receiving the products.  

Should you wish to return your items we reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee of the costs of goods to be returned should they be opened and unused. Freight arrangements will also be the customers responsibility. If items are unopened the 20% re-stocking fee can be waived and a full refund given, however, the customer will still be required to organise shipping.  

All goods returned must be in their original condition and unused.
